Please remember that MOST items that are created are done so all by hand, which takes some time. Unless otherwise noted, all handmade items have a 5 business day turnaround time BEFORE we ship out your package. If you have any concerns surrounding your event date please send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate your circumstance.
We accept PayPal and Venmo. COD is also available for local orders.
**Please order well in advance for your occasion to allow for processing and shipping time. There are no guaranteed arrival dates, but we can guarantee shipment dates.**
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING within the US is included with your custom order.
Your purchase will ship standard ground via USPS and should arrive at its destination within 3– 7 days.
Expedited shipping can be selected at other shipping options via USPS for an additional shipping costs.
We ship daily Monday through Friday. Shipping timeframe DOES NOT INCLUDE SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS

Unfortunately, I am unable to accept returns on personalized products (this includes items with custom text, monograms etc.) If you receive a damaged custom product, please contact Smarquez@DABCraftCreations.com - within 2 days of receiving the order. For approved damaged product, you will receive an exact duplicate. No substitutions allowed..
